We always visit this place but this is the first time that I saw lush grass growing at the banks of the pond. There are some areas though that is clear and visitors can feed the ducks, swans and other birds there. In the middle of the lake is a small island that reminds me of Abney and Teal on TV (as I said here). Here are the photos that we took that I love and would want to share with you.
I skipped a lot of Linkys since last Friday as I cant really comment. I feel that when I join linkys I have to comment or othewise I wont feel right.
I did joined a few ones and I manage to finish commenting on everything few hours ago. And now I can write about something and my mind is not working. I am staring at this blank editor of my platform for the longest time.
I am really tired today so I will just post photos. They were taken last Saturday. Sunny and cold and yet fun for the family. My husband is trying to teach the little one to bike without the stabilizers. Why on a sandy beach I dont know. But is it fun. And well as always they always end up wet.
I am so proud of this photo. Though taken using the camphone it is clear (thanks to the weather) and I love the tracks on the sand which gave the photos some direction. Hopefully you would enjoy looking at them just as much as I enjoyed taking them =)
We went on a camping last Fathers Day and I took these!
Taken at Ashcombe Park Playground
It rained last all day and night. After walking my son to school I went the church near his school and took some photos.
I have been dreaming of taking photos of things while are wet. I think you can never fake a real rain on plants and flowers
(cuz I tried and it looks sprayed =P)
I was worried of the light as the cloud is really dark and its gloomy. I am really not familiar with the camera's technical details yet as I didnt know that low lights not that bad with this photo series. The brightness are okay (at least I think they look okay).
Here are the photos that I took. I hope you like them. I quite enjoy taking them.
So I bought some macro filter cuz you know the bigger the picture the more awesome!
I am really keen on being a wee bit better in photography and I followed some tips from Bloglovin's Better Photo Project and got me some of this
These are a photos I took using the 10x maginification. It is so blurry and I am struggling with it. Maybe my camera is too old. I dont know what wrong but I will work it out. I will try to research on this and ask around! If you know what I am doing wrong please tell me. I just point and shoot actually as I am still dependent on the automatic macro mode. Cant really figure how to get a decent clear photo yet. The last 3 shots are all accident shots. I will try to zoom in a subject and will try to click but it wont take photos. I just click & click and no shot at all =(. So i will try to aim at another subject and click and sometimes it shoots. I am using Nikon D70 btw.
The 4x macro filter is more forgiving to me and my camera tho. But I still have the same problem of aiming and not getting any shots. I reckon its the light or the lack thereof. But I am in love on how big my photos are!
So if you think I am soing something wrong please please tell me. I would appreciate the tips and advice. I really love the filters! I will try and try it until I get to know it. Havent tried the 2x magnification yet. Might try it with the 4x (you can put them together which is awesome right?) and see how it works.
*photos are taken at Garden of Fragrance, Grove Park, Weston-Super-Mare.
Thanks for dopping by.
We walked far and hes always at his Dad's shoulder cuz its not safe for him to walk in the mountains. When Daddy brought him down he cant stop dancing and be happy.
This is just some stuff we saw on our way to the supermarket. Sorry nothing precious but i love the yellows flowers with white tints on their petals. In the photo they looks so brightly lit but its just really the white parts =)
I also love this graffiti on the wall. The guys on the raft is so small and yet when you look close its very very detailed!
I wish I can see how they are made but its graffiti. Probably done at night and when theres nowould be audience.
